You never know one Beetroot can eat what a long time~
today I cook homemade self creative cookies for fun, and it's cooked in middle night, so it's supper devil😈 for me.
The another reason I cook that is I watched 《RACHEL KHOO'S KITCHEN NOTEBOOK: LONDON》

and the first her Documentary:

Firstly:the beetroot is look like this below~

And how to made it? here is the answer:
1: Mix shredded beetroot with flour and butter, also the fruit oatmeal~
2: Using fresh keeping film cover the mixed flour and using rolling pin to roll it flat.

3: Puting out my Christmas tree mould to shape the cookies.

4: Then puting into oven 180 degree for 25 mins, done~

Aha! Super easy!
